I fell in love with each season when I worked outside with horses. I made the leap to running my own business in the knowledge that I still needed to surround myself with nature every day. Over the past fifteen years Arcade Flowers has enabled me to bring the power and positivity of plants and flowers into peoples lives, unleashing my true creative passion in the process.

My right-hand admin woman, Dahlia helps me with the never-ending paperwork and organisation that comes with running a busy floral business. She keeps it all ticking over smoothly, checking in regularly and keeping me updated every day… all alongside running her own business, Dahlia Hill Weddings too.

Our cheerful, always there with a grin or cheeky anecdote, delivery driver. How could you not love that smile if you opened your front door and found him standing there with an armful of blooms?

Loz

My wedding season wing woman, Jo makes the hard work and pressured deadlines so much fun. Always ready to create, clear up, dance, pose for the camera and join me in a glass of wine to celebrate a job well done… and all on top of running her own flower workshop too.

Amanda

Social media woman and midlife creative Amanda looks after our Instagram and website content. With over fourteen years’ experience in content creation, her eye for beautiful detail and ability to craft stories is the icing on the cake when it comes to showcasing our work at Arcade Flowers. Amanda is also the founder of the slow living lifestyle platform – Simply Start Living.

I can always rely on Sue when things get crazy with orders, no matter what season we’re in. Another one of my fabulous ...and very talented freelance florists. Shes been with me for many years and i feel so lucky to still have her as part of the team.

Our beautiful head of quality control, Dexter and resident cuddly boy - always on hand to pose for photos,give plenty of cuddles and chew as many things as he's not supposed to!
