Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely, if the order has already processed just give us a call or email the shop and we can make any changes our end for you. For next-day deliveries you may not be able to change this if the flowers have already processed for delivery but please let us know if you need any help.
What kind of flowers will I get?
Flower costs fluctuate daily depending on the time of year, demands, quality of crops and any peak periods, so by default we select the finest blooms at best price at the time of market to allow you to receive as many flowers as possibly for your money. If you have particular requests and tastes by all means do make contact to discuss this with us.
When will my flowers arrive?
Unless otherwise requested by yourself we will aim to deliver on or very near to the last working Friday of each month. If you are going away and need to change this date just let us know in plenty of time and we will change the delivery date or skip a month.
How do I care for my flowers?
As soon as you receive your delivery unpackage the flowers, remove any leaves from the stems that will sit in water, recut the stems at an angle and immediately pop them into a clean vase of fresh water. Change the water and clean the vase every other day and position in a cool, draft free position away from direct sunlight. Remove any faded or wilting blooms asap to get the most out of your flowers.
What if I change my mind?
No problem, just give us a shout and if its 3 days before your next delivery we will cancel the subscription and refund the remaining balance.
