Wedding Flowers

To bring your vision to life, we feel it’s important to gain an understanding of not just your colour scheme, preferred flowers and initial ideas, but also to understand the kind of wedding service and reception you envisage. What mood and atmosphere are you hoping to invoke? Will the day be formal or emanate a more relaxed vibe? Are you looking for input from us as to how we could create bespoke designs that would be reflective of you and your wedding party?

We love chatting through design ideas and want to ensure that together, we can bring your wedding flower dreams to life. In order to facilitate this, we pour a lot of time into our creative process with plenty of behind-the-scenes preparation including research, sourcing and the development of your ideas. We can then provide a detailed quote specifically tailored to meet your wedding flower needs.

The consultation fee is £50 and will be deducted from your final wedding flower invoice if you decide to book with us for your day.

If you only have specific bouquet and buttonhole requirements for your wedding and are already decided on the type of flowers and foliage, you probably don’t need to book a consultation. Just send us images of your designs together with a detailed list of requirements via our email: shop@arcadeflowers.co.uk and we’ll come back to you with a personalised price.

A consultation with one of our wedding florist creatives will take as long as is required to capture the ideas and details that we need, however we generally find that an hour is sufficient in most cases.

Lots of our brides and couples capture their ideas in scrap books, on mood boards or digitally via a Pinterest board which they bring along with a list of exact requirements. Some come along without any ideas at all and are looking for some creative input and guidance from us. We love both scenarios and everything else in-between so don’t feel that you have to fit neatly into either category!

Bring along anything that you feel communicates your style and ideas and we can go from there.

By the end of your appointment, we will generally have come up with some beautiful designs and ideas for your special day. A confirmed booking with us means you can be sure of our understanding that sometimes there’s a need for adjustments here and there. During the consultation, we’ll also be able to take into consideration your budget and suggest suitable alternatives if needed.

Please note our Minimum Spend of £3,000.00 for wedding bookings applies.

We advise that you allow 7 working days from the date of your appointment to receiving your quote but will always endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can. Your quote will be in the form of a detailed breakdown of your requirements and prices for each item.

This would be subject to timings; how busy we are and therefore at our discretion. If you haven’t yet confirmed your wedding flower booking with us, then there would be an additional, non-refundable consultation charge of £50.
